How do i fix this?

The Words and Links in the Banner do not line up in the banner. How can i get them to line up in the middle of the banner so it looks correct.

okay well i just now tried that and this is what and this is what i got...

Any other ideas? Im thinkin i need to add the code that tells it like "Position relative = 2px" or something like that but i dont know the code.
