how do i enable visitor messaging?

for some reason ive slected enable visitor messaging, but it doesnt show up on anyones profile


edit: oh and im using 3.7.3

admincp > usergroups > usergroup manager > select group > edit > 21st section down is the visitor message options make sure your settings are enabled.

admincp > vbulletin options > userprofile: visitor options > make sure your setting are correct here as well.

then save and f5 and then see what you have as it should be enabled now enjoy =)
