How do I edit the userbar at the bottom

How do I edit this in acp to add other names and titles?

I just checked that hack, it only allows you to change the usergroups that you have defined in the vboptions. The hack take the information about color from your usergroups HTML settings. So if you want to add a usergroup to your list, you change that in vboptions/usergroup legend. If you want to change the attributes like color, font, etc, you change that in the usergroup settings. Forget my previous post, it was meant for if you installed that legend manually which I do most of the time.
