How do I edit the Mod Application system Policy?

What file or template do I edit to change the policy that you have to agree to when applying for Mod? I've looked to all the files and templates related to the system but can't find it... can anyone help me? Please!?
 
Nevermind, I found it, I couldn't edit the phrase but I could go into the template and delete the phrase var name and replace it with what I wanted. :)

Delete this thread please.
