How do i change the footer and place an ad beside the banner?

i need these 2 on my site, but if i dont it gets suspended

i have the HTML codes but dont know where to put them
its sooooo easy on Icy Phoenix.......

AdminCP - > Style & Templates -> Choose the template you want to edit \-> Edit templates - Footer

Omg...... Another damn problem
I installed mgc chatbox evo, but it wont show up. In the postbit and postbit_legacy i put the line of text that was needed at the bottom of the rest of the script. Is that where it goes? The readme isnt very detailed

I really appreicate your help
