How do I allow members to upload avaters?

Hi,

Great site!! I have vbull 3.7.3 and I can upload an avatar just fine, however, members can't it doesn't even give them the choice to. I checked in my settings, and I do have avatars activated. I've looked like through every setting to tried and figure this out, but I'm too stoned to come up with a solution apparently? Any know what the deal is? Thanks!!
 
You should check the permissions in the Avatar manager and the Usergroups to make sure that they are enabled. Some of the parameters are not enabled by default.
