How do i add new tabs to my website?

here is my website: GamingSorcerer Forums - Powered by vBulletin and i want to know if i can add new tabs to the top, such as: home, music, reviews, contact us. all that, and also can somebody help me make the layout of my site look like this website: VMKUnleashed Forums

cause i like how all the icons are put like home and stuff, but renamed, and different colors :D

and how do i put a header in? if somebody can help with all of this it would be awesome, and ill even put a big thanks to you in my website :D
 
That is a custom menu that they created. You can do something like it when ever you figure out what style you are going to run on your site. Take a look at the page source for that site to give you a clue how they did it. The buttons are custom images, btw...

oh, thanks, but do you know a style like that websites? (and if i do find one how do i put it in?)
