How do I add music songs for download in my vbulletin board?

Hello there

I think I asked on a few occassions about this. I want to add a music library where users can download the songs but only after subscription. For that I need 2 things:

1) Ability (mod or hack) to offer subscription.
2) upload and then download the music songs

I would like to know that how i can do this and is there any legality involved? I mean copyrights and stuff? if so, is there any way to get around it? cause i have seen thousands of forums providing this facility to their users. do i need to register for that? do i need to pay for that? what is the procedure for that and where should I contact whom for that?

I would highly appreciate my fellow friends' advice on this.

Yep if u do not own the copyright to the songs then its illegal.
As for uploadin,all you have to do is add them as attachments in posts and then limit attachments downloads to say your premium group who are subscribers.
Quite easy to do.
