how can i solve that control panelle problem ?

hi , excuse me , i don t now if it s the right session , but i have a big problem , the problem is :
whene i open the login admin control pannel , i see that it like a new page , wieth page ,
i don t know if the problem refer from my héberger or from an me ? ​
 
right click with your mouse on AdminCP and select: open link in new window, or open link in new tab, if you left click you loose your forum page.
