how can i set notice i tired 4 tyms but i unable to see on forum

well go to ACP>notice and there write the notice and then choose the options and then save it you can see it like that donation thing in the vbteam if its goes well!

maybe your template is out of date so it don't show the anouncements

Itsuki is correct and as I have told you in several other post READ up on what it is your wanting to do. Hell just give us the forum we know how to run them and can do what is needed..and when someone helps you it is POLITE to THANK them for doing so.
