How can i POST the NSMutable Array to php file in objective c

I am new to iPhone Programming. I am have one \[code\]NSMutableArray\[/code\] i want to \[code\]POST\[/code\] that array to server's \[code\]php\[/code\] file and update my server's \[code\]xml\[/code\] file. Thanks in advance.
