How can i post a photo????

How can i post a photo???? Now when i am posting something or copying new post in my forum, i cant copy the image , i must post images by ( insert image).
I saw in some forums they can copy images in posting automaticly. Please if some one could help me, how to solve this.
 
If your a admin of the forum, click edit and copy all that. It will include the BB Code and you the image will be followed with it. Or if your a mod, then click quote and copy the quoted message.

hmm if u are not admin or mod then
if u r using firefox the right click on the image and copy image link then put that link

if u are using Internet explorer just right click on it and go to properties from here u can copy the link.
