Looks like the ad is from AdBrite, try signing up at AdBrite

no dude i mean how can i place the ads in between forums links like. i know its from adbrite.

ahh so simple mate.
make a new forum as you would, under which catagorie.
and in the forum title, paste your advertisement code.
simple as that.
no need for any text or desceiption unless you want it too.
now did you also want that extra td whats next to the advertisement also?
