How can I parse my forum links?!

Hi,

I have lots of topics and lots of content which have so many links inside them (for example download links).

But the links are not parsed and they are just like a simple text not links.

Is there anyway that force the forum to parse them?

Any sql query command?!

thanks.

Let me try to get a better picture of what your problem is, are you saying that your links are being posted as plain text even through you have "automatically parse links in text" checked?

If so, I think that feature needs bbcodes enabled so you might want to check that ...

Yes you understood right...

But that is not exactly the whole matter. I used a bot to leech some posts from another forum. It seems this bot is leeching directly in to the database, and because of that it does not parse the links. Did you get it?

And there is no "automatically parse links in text" in this method (Because it copies directly to database).

My normal posts are ok and the Forum parses the links inside them with no problems.

I thought there must be a way or a sql query command to Parse all the links (Or maybe to CODE all the links).

so i take it as there is no way...

Now, I understand why you were asking about an SQL. If the leech bot stored the values incorrectly, you will indeed need to run an update query to fix it.
