I dont know what hack you installed but if there is forumhome_forumbit_columncell template try edit it to suits to ur needs or pm me code from above template and i will edit it for you.
You just need to change Poster with by and change alignment for <td>.
Alignment on first picture is set to "center"> change center with left
and for post time set right alignment. That should do it.
