how can i make a backup forums?

my vb has been deleted once and i had restart make a new vb and i lost all the posts on my old vb is their way if they delete my vb to save the posts an if yes how do i install theme to my new vb or how to make a back up or what can i do?

have you delete the DB of the first installed Db

if yes is ur answer then :no

else if your ans is no: then go to

your webhosting cpanel:
http://yoursite.com:2082

log in >
go to Phpmyadmin>

select database>
choose export and download the file and import the same sql file to the new DB it will replace all the tables and all the log uns and admin log in will be same as the old
