How can i have a message for everyone?

Merry Christmas!!!!!!!!!

I would like to have a message for everyone that visits my forum and for every member and admin and everyone....
I mean i want to wish merry christmas and this message should be appeared everywhere at the forum...
How can i do that??

It's called Notices admincp > notice manager > make your notice and set the correct option...and I believe it is show notice if usergroup isnt userwaiting approval..and the message should show to everyone.

Well I have created the notice and checked to be shown to everyone that is using the default theme of my forum...But i cannot see the notice...:S:S
What can i do??

If you're using vBOptimize, flush the cache from the admincp. Otherwise, try clearing your browser cache.

Try changing the condition to "everyone who is not in the banned uergroup" and see if that changes anything.
