This is posted on our forum. I seen it a few times before. I just can't remember the name.... I think it's advanced IMDB or something to that effect...

I've searched vbulletin.org for nzb* and imdb and couldn't find anything that resembled your picture. Maybe search vb.org and see if you can track it down, as I too have seen this before but cannot remember where or when.

try reading thoese and as far as the ico you can add them in and even change the name just upload them to your icon folder in the theme and then set the proper path.

from what I've read it is a diffrent type of zip system and also appears to do newzbin style stuff as well.
