hi guy's .... how can i create a GIF banner with Button ?? can anyone give me a Application for this ?

and i want make it's width fit to the forum width ... my means that it fill all width of forum in any resolution and don't change it's width with changing monitor resolution .

like this forum banner : www.dotsis.com .... a green banner with button from left to right with fill all width of site page .
 
Photoshop w/ imageready is probably the best animated gif creator.

To make it stretch...<img alt="Animated GIF Appreciation Society" width="100%" src="http://blabla.com/logo.gif" />

Although, animated gifs make fugly headers, and especially when stretched. If you somehow make an animated header look good on a 800x600 resolution, it's not going to look good when stretched to 1920+ (27inch) widths.
