How can i change users avatar size ?

hi guys , i installed Vb 3.8.2 and this version allow avatar just in 80x80 pixel and 19 KB ... I want to make it 150x150 pixel and 30 KB ... how can i do it ?

and another thing ... i restore my forum and after enabling ajax all thanx removed ... how can i restore thanx without restore my forum .

GO TO

ACP > USER GROUPS > USER GROUP MANAGER > CHOSE and edit Registered User then scroll down and u will see avatar width and height and edit the m to what ever you like.
