How can I add file extension limitations

I have this upload script I'm using and I'd like to add some code that would allow me to decide what types of files extensions will be allowed to be uploaded.
And add some coe that will allow me to put some limitations on file size to be uploaded as well.

Can you help me with this?

</HTML>not up on asp, but in php, when uploading an array is created with filename, temp name and mime type. maybe asp has something similar?
