How Can I Add A Banner To The Right

I need to add a banner to the right of the normal banner on my forum.
Ive tryed ad_header_logo but it doesnt appear, is there any other way?

Ok ive managed to do it but now there is a slight gap under the banner how can i get rid of that?
Ive marked were the gap is with arrows.
