firstly - is it possible, by using CSS, to hover over one part of a page, i.e a list link and another or piece of text, in a different part of the page is highlighted.
i am sure i have seen this done but maybe it used JavaScript or something.
Secondly - (if) such as thing is true, how would i encorperate it into a site, starting with, say, a blank page or a standard centered box.
