Hide links for vb 3.8.0

I need a mod to Hide links from guests. I have tried most of the mods present in the forms but did not get any good results.
I need it to work with vb 3.8.0

I have tried this .. but it does not work.. i know there is some editing required in the xml, and I am not understanding that
