Hide hack Images?...is it possible?

along time ago i used to be on a vb forum that had an image saying "there is hidden text here" or something like that and once you replied not only did the hidden text appear, but a new pic pointing at it appeared, it might sound goofy, but it looked and worked real good...

Is this possible when using sids hide hack on VB 3.8.2?

not only would it look nice on my site, but i imagine alot of people could use this if it's possible
