Hide content,Add rep when,question about icons for new/no new posts at forums

Hello all!:)

I have three questions.
First of all i am using Vb Version 3.7.4 with the security patch.

-----------------Question Nr.1------------------------
I have installed the Thank You mod.
I would like to hide the content i choose at the threads so that when my members want to see it they will click the thank you button to unhide it.
What is the mod that will do that?


-----------------Question Nr.2------------------------
I would like my users to receive reputation points every time they post a new thread or post.
In example:
50 Rep Points For a New Thread
20 for a post.
How to do that?

-----------------Question Nr.3------------------------
I have noticed that when there is a new thread at a forum and i read it(it stops being "new",right?...right..)
But if i visit my main page and look at the specific forum(that there was this new thread) the icon of "Contains New Posts" is still there..And there isn't a new thread...
Why is that?

Answer One:
If you want to use the Hide Hack and Post Thanks hack together, install sid's hide hack. It can pe found on this page :

Answer Two:
AdminCP => vBuleltin Options => vBulletin Options => User Reputation Options => Post Count Factor

Alter that to whatever figure you'd like. Unfortunately you cannot distinguish between reputation received for creating threads and reputation received for posting replies.

Answer Three:
AdminCP => vBuleltin Options => vBulletin Options =>General Settings=>Thread/Forum Read Marking Type

Set this to "Database (automatic forum marking)"

This way the forum works off the database and marks content read instead of using the slower, yet less server intense, cookie function.
