I'm a freelance designer from the UK, and I know (X)HTML, CSS and a fair bit of PHP. I've ripped a few skins before for vBulletin from a few games sites, and I want to get back into it. Not only that but I'm starting a new gaming forum, so I need the best resources from here too!
