You shuld add in some gift cards, and also add in more magic cylinders =] this way, ur deck will be close to perfection, but i give it 8/10 as there will always be room for improvement as nothing is perfect

i would add 1 more solar flare dragon and get rid of infernal flame emperor and maybe get rid of bad reaction to simichi since u dont have any cards that increase THEIR life points and i would add a dark room of nightmare hope it works but i would still rate ur deck a good 9/10

overall its pretty good 8 - 10. but to make it better put in poison of the old man 3x and take dian keto out.
