helpp i cant upload any Xml file on my forum like style and lang

hi guys

i have big prop

my forum was under hack

and i get it back then upgraded the version to 3.8.1

and my forum is Arabic

so i must upload language xml file

when i try it say

No file uploaded and no local file found.

and when i try to upload styile it say the same

No file uploaded and no local file found.

plz any Help

check in php.ini and see where

upload_tmp_dir = ?

the directory doesn't exist so you need to create it (/tmp) with write permissions.

u can also just upload files from ftp,
