Helping me out building a website

Who can please help me out building a website with a CMS system in it, no vbadvanced etc but a real cms like subdreamer, have an example how it must look but really don't know how to build html with cms, only need a standard so i can change the .css to fit to my color needs etc... please someone help me out making this...
