Installation:

Upload the helpcenter.php

Import the product.

Done.!
 
I think its not working for vb 3.8.1 bcoz I upload helpcenter.php in my root folder and also upload product. but I cant see any button for helpcenter in navbar. When i browse myweblink/helpcenter.php here show

   1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
   2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

Now how can I solve it?

Step 3 (Adjust Settings)

    * Refresh your AdminCP.
    * Scroll down the list until you see the 'HelpCenter' option.
    * Create your required Departments and Status Options.
    * Update your Usergroup Permissions.

I have the 'HelpCenter' option in my admincp, but do not have in the permissions.
And my vb is 3.8.0.

I have the same problem as the user above.

There`s not an option to customize Grups permission. So I can't enter to the HelpCenter in any way..
