does any 1 have a reputation system and the mod so when i delete posts they go to another forum named bin trash can etc?

Both of these are features of vbulletin. No mod needed.

Create a new forum. Call it trash can. Forum is open: No. Move threads to it.
Reputation: User Repuations > Reputation Manager.

i was told there was a mod so they diddnt need moved they auto went to trash

and how do i work user reputation so my members can rep each other for each others work

There seems to be 3 trash can mods in that pack.

As for reputation, I've never used it, but I'm almost certain that's how the default rep system works? You can allow usergroups to give / remove rep within their permissions.
