To be honest, I know so little about PHP and MySQL that I'm not even sure if this is posted in the right place.

Last night my Web host moved my account to another machine. Now I have errors on my PHP pages. I know next to nothing about PHP and MySQL and I don't know what to do.
I had someone write the pages for me and I can't get a hold of him.
Here are some of the affected files:

P.S. The name Bob that show's up is my programmer's name.
I have gotten into PHPMyAdmin and looked around but I don't even know what I'm supposed to be looking for or where. Isn't that sad?
