I already made one of these threads saying that my vBulletin forum isn't refreshing properly im not sure if this is to do with my browser or vBulletin but it is very annoying.

At about 30 seconds i go to refresh the page and THEN the avatar shows. This is really annoying and i need a solution.

PLEASE GUYS.
I really need help with this, im sorry for the caps but i need to start it ASAP.

Do i have to upload vBulletin in binary or in auto mode?
