how do I make a vbulletin with

vBulletin.v3.8.1.incl.KeyGen.PHP.NULL-DGT?

I edited the config.php and what do I do next?

Please tell me all the steps after editing the config.php

Upload the config file and all other files. Point your browwser to www.yoursite.com/install/install.php. And that should start the setup.

...but before you run install, CHMOD all your files to 777, then run the keygen file to generate the key and alter all your files, WRITE DOWN THE CUSTOMER NUMBER, CHMOD all your files back to 644, THEN run install, which will ask you for the customer number before proceeding.
