help with vb link bot checker

hello i am running the vb link bot checker finally, how can i make it run automatically every 24 hours please??

also do I have to delete the txt file everytime before ir un vbbot.php? thanks
 
ok ive set it up on scheduled tasks , but what about the txt file that it has to delete?
do I have to delete it or can it run automatically with the txt file still there?
