thats a cmps portal page so the bit to remove would be welcome block from center modules, then you would need to add a couple of <br><br> below $navbar on your index.php page so that theres a gap before your content.

that`s not welcome block of cmps the welcome block i removed but i want to remove this and then i would add the welcome block....any help
