Help with themes not showing full

Please can you help me the themes are not showing up properly I am newbie at the vbulletin forums :-( .. So can you please help.. My forum is 3.6.8 version and I've tried FREE 3.6.8 themes and Premium 3.6.8 themes from here! they are all awesome but they don't show avatars and stuff or don't show headers and all the images.. Like here..... So here's an example with the Alien theme..

if you got it from here the alien theme is a rip I made, you need to put the alien folder in the images folder ie:
yoursite.com/images/alien
yoursite.com/forum/images/alien

Thats probably a case of not setting permissions
Goto:
admincp>>Usergroups>>Usergroup Manager...
in each usergroup there is a "Picture Uploading Permissions" section make sure the permissions are set correctly.....
