help with "scrollit"

hi guys,

I want to set up something simmiliar to this website:

as I really like the scrollit feature.

I know it's using javascript as opposed to flash as, if you right click on one of the top buttons and "open in new window" the following code appears in the address bar:

javascript:scrollit(####);

Anyone know of any guides / websites that may have information on how to set something like this up?
