Help with my tables

My tables won't go the size that I want them... I am trying to make the nav bar 150px, the middle (black part, there will be an image there)30px, and the right 700px, but whenever I put in the TD WIDTH values, it isn't showing up correctly. Can anyone help me out?

This is the site I am referring to (http://pliskin.rselite.com/mgs2u/index3.html)
Thanks!
make your table with a designer, its a lot easier, and helps you avoid the hassle of pixels, etc. even Word has one, and you can take the source from that. I'll explain further if you want.errm, I don't have Word. I still would like to know how to fix it just in case. I like hand-writing all of my code anyways ;)
thanks for the quick reply!150?

replace 700/150
:rocker:ya, that is exactly what I had and it doesn't show up like that...you've got the widths backwards. the left side you've got set to be real wide and the right side you've got set to be thin. reverse the widths and you'll get what you want.

also, percentage widths might be better, since they'll stretch or shrink to fit any screen. Thanks, got it sorted out. Turns out I needed to make diff. tables for the copywright bar and the logo table  Now I have another problem. See how my text and links are in the middle:
