Help with Multi Colors In User Group Legend

--Okay I Ran into a site that in the usergroup legend it uses for example say

Red, Blue , Purple,Red,Blue In Just one UserGroup Name
ADMIN < For Example, How would I Go about doing this, And Letting The UserGroup And Users whom are in this usergroup have these colors, i Know its Possible. But how is it done i tryed doing it headerinclude, and theme display, and i havent had no luck as of yet.

nothing can be done except that
 
i've Acctually tryed that already too, and it doesnt seem to work to Correctly.
But, I Aslo Know that there is a way of doing it, Its just idk How to do it Yet, Because i goto a forum with VBullentin Mind You,'That Can have there users rotating, and all types of stuff for it, its like a custmizaiton stuff soooo idk, But i would Like to Have this, So i been trying to learn it.
