Help with Modifying CartPlog

Hello all.

I'm fairly new to this forum and new to using vBulletin, so forgive me for my ignorance.

I've just installed Cartplog and would like to add a terms and agreement before allowing the user to enter Cartplog. Much like the forum rules before registering.

I can copy and paste my PHP script or anything else you need to help me out.

I would really, really appreciate this.
