Help with Layout not working in IE

Ok, so I've been working on a layout for a site I am started, and it looks perfect in Firefox. But then I open it up in IE, and the table are too big! There is no reason for this that I can think of. I was talking to my dad, and he said there was a bug in IE that made some of the "FRAME:BOX" attribute not work quite right. He said there is a code that can fix it, but he and I don't know what it is. Anybody know how I can fix this? Here's a link to the site:
