Help with forum setup

Well, I've tried a couple of times today, and I've not been able to get the premodded version I have to work. I'm trying to use this version:

However, even after I follow all the instructions, I can still get nothing to work. I have looked around all over the place for more detailed instructions on how to install the keygen version of the above premoded and precoded version, but I'va found nothing.

Does anyone else know a way I can get it working, or better yet someone who can install it for me?
 
I've also tried a basic 3.6.8 nulled version, and I'm pretty sure its more to do with my comprehension of it than anything else.Guess I'll just keep looking XD
