i have a form set up at the above link, and everything worked perfectly on it (since you guys helped me with it) up until about 1 week ago. i no longer receive the emails, in fact the php page wont load at all. i do not know where to even look for the error, can somebody please help me. <br />

i have changed nothing on the form or the php in over a month, and it just stopped working.<br />

I took a look at your HTML source and tried "http://www.carpenoctem.tv/cgi-bin/Feedback2.php", rather than <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://carpenoctemtv.powweb.com/cgi-bin/Feedback2.php">http://carpenoctemtv.powweb.com/cgi-bin/Feedback2.php</a><!-- m -->, and it worked; it took me to your Thank You page.<br />
So if you see a blank e-mail in your inbox, it's from me. lol<br />

So just change the form's URL from <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://carpenoctemtv.powweb.com/cgi-bin/Feedback2.php">http://carpenoctemtv.powweb.com/cgi-bin/Feedback2.php</a><!-- m --> to <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.carpenoctem.tv/cgi-bin/Feedback2.php">http://www.carpenoctem.tv/cgi-bin/Feedback2.php</a><!-- m --> and it should work.
