Help with blog

I have a blog hosted at blogspot and here the last 2 weeks I've been getting this annoying popup from <!-- w --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.paypopup.com">www.paypopup.com</a><!-- w -->. I've contacted blogger and they said that the popup was not coming from them. I don't think it's coming from any other services I use like my hit counter or village photos. Anyway does anybody have any clue to what is causing this and if I can get something done about it?
