hi

when i want to upgrade vb 3.7.0 to 3.7.1 i give this error :

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 63 bytes) in /home/vbfans/public_html/includes/adminfunctions_language.php on line 225

Maybe it's a limitation from the web hosting company.
I don't really know, i just added my opinion.
I searched on google about your issue.

"Host raised php memory limit to 32MB and problem has disappeared"

...so from your code...it seems that your web hosting company "shares" you 8 MB's which are exceeded when you tried to be upgraded...

I propose to send them an e-mail and ask politely to raise your php memory limit to 20 MB's for example...
 
Same as leonpadi, it's a backend problem, send them a mail and i am sure it will be ok after that

or ... try to find another 3.7.1 release and try with that to ...
