3 days ago I was looking for a domain for a new project. I found one available which was very appropiate. I said to myself. OK, I will buy it later... Today I was going to buy it & I saw it was bought by someone else... YESTERDAY!!!! 
. I have already contacted the person who bought the domain to see if he would sell it to me.
However, I have found another domain which I like even better than this one. It is registered but its status is: Registry Status: pendingDelete
Do you know of any service available (for example at godaddy or some other domain name registrar) which could notify me the moment it becomes available again... so I can go immediately & buy it
