[Help] Signature - Problem

So Once again I'm here facing another problem that is the registered user, if he/she use IMG tag in signature then nobody is able to see anything other then the link of the img?? :| and the signature of Admin/S.m0dz are working with that tag...

Make sure user group permissions are set correct
Admincp >> Usergroups >> Usergroup Manager

open each user group scroll down to "Signature Permissions" and make sure "Allow Image BB Code" is set to yes.
