[help]posting problem

my problem is when a registered / Moderator user is posting
thread / reply its telling him:

on reply:

Thank you for posting! Your post will not be visible until a moderator has approved it for posting.

on thread:

Thank you for posting! Your post will not be visible until a moderator has approved it for posting. You will now be taken back to the forum. If you opted to post a poll, you will now be allowed to do so.

only admin can post a reply or thread.(the rest groups can't)

please help me i tryed to change promissions and forum setting.
everything.

Dude do this ; Go to

admincp>> Usergroups manager >> registered users >> Post / Thread Permissions >> Follow Forum Moderation Rules -- Set this to YES
